Are there any ATMs?
There are two cash machines on campus, one will be directly inside the venue and the other is just outside the front entrance. Both are free to withdraw cash. Please be aware that there may be long queues.
Where and when is CosXPo?
CosXPo will be held on 5th and 6th April 2019 in 3sixty in the heart of the University of Reading. Friday 1300-1800, Saturday 1000-1800 and the VIP after party on Saturday is from 1800-0000. Click here for travel info.

Can I bring my drone?Due to the increased human congestion (convention people) you will not be able to use drones within the grounds (inside or out) during the convention, but don't worry there's plenty of opportunity for great shots on the safety of the ground. Are there places to buy food?
Yes Mojo'sBar is on location and will be serving food from burgers and sharers, to snacks and salads. Vegetarian and gluten free options are also available.
What's the nearest train station?
The closest station is Reading. For more information on how to get there from London, or if you're travelling by bus, check out the travel page.
Can I bring my own food/drink?
Unless medically necessary no food or drink, including alcohol, may be brought on to the premises. There will be oppurtunity to buy food and drinks from Mojo's student bar. For full T&Cs' click here.
How do I get involved with CosXPo/ How can I volunteer?We have a strong team here at CosXPo but we're always looking for new faces in the cosplay community to help us make our convention bigger and better, so if you think you have a useful skill to bring to the table, feel free to send us a message here. We will also be looking for volunteers to help us run the day next March, registration opens in January.
Is there parking?
Parking will be free of charge. On arrival at the Shinfield Road entrance, you will be directed to a designated car park in the centre of the campus. Check out the Travel page for more information.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely! Children under 5 can attend free with their parent/guardian.
